Provider Identification & Licensure
I'm a licensed therapist in Michigan (Licensed Master Social Worker) and work with adults over 21.
Sessions are offered online. Services are private pay.
Who I Commonly Work With
I work with high-functioning adults and professionals who are skilled at helping others but struggle internally with anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, burnout, and self-doubt—often noticing relationship strain or delayed grief once the coping skills they already know stop working.
When This Work Is a Good Fit
This work is often a good fit if you:
Are a helper, caregiver, or high-responsibility professional
Already understand basic coping skills but feel stuck or emotionally disconnected
Struggle with people-pleasing, overfunctioning, or self-criticism
Have tried therapy before and felt it stayed too surface-level
Therapeutic Approach & Style
My approach is relational and insight-oriented. I use IFS to help clients understand and relate differently to their internal parts, and EFT to explore emotional patterns and relationship dynamics—so change can happen at a deeper, more sustainable level.
Session Norms & Style
Sessions are conversational and direct. Clients don’t need to censor their language, and we can speak plainly about difficult or uncomfortable topics. I’m open to exploring spiritual, existential, or intuitive experiences when they’re meaningful to you. My work is not religious or faith-based.
Clients who tend to do best with me are thoughtful, self-aware, and ready to explore emotions they’ve long set aside in order to function.
When This May Not Be the Best Fit
This practice may not be the best fit if you are seeking crisis or emergency support, need short-term, skills-only therapy, or plan to use insurance. I do not provide on-call or crisis services.
